Greetings! I am a clinical therapist with over fifteen years of experience providing mental health and wellness support to individuals of all ages. My educational background includes undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work and current Doctoral candidacy status in Social Work with a research focus on trauma.
My approach to the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative partnership that is based on authenticity, safety, and affirming strength-based empowerment. The therapeutic style that I utilize includes an interactive approach of talk therapy guided by the goals that matter most to the clients I partner with and as customized in the treatment plan. I utilize various foci in sessions, including but not limited to trauma-informed therapy, CBT, DBT, emotional regulation, psychoeducation, and supportive psychotherapy.
